I survived yesterday, and I am are here for another day. Even if yesterday was hard, I didn’t let it defeat me. Showing up for today—simply being present—is a victory in itself. This gives me hope and optimism, even when it feels like I haven’t accomplished much. Each day I keep showing up, I feel stronger and more empowered, simply because I am still here.
